I finally received word from South Carroll about what job positions they would like us to fill for our upcoming Time Trials this Saturday.

We need to provide 5 timers, 1 clerk of course, and 1 table worker. Since South Carroll is an extremely large team, they usually divide volunteer positions into halves (work for half of the meet). I have set up the Job listings to reflect that. If you think you can work a position for the whole meet, you are more than welcome to sign-up for both shifts. However, considering this meet might run a little longer than our normal meets, if you can only do 1 shift that is okay. (Considering South Carroll has 180 swimmers, I don't feel guilty asking them to help fill some of the spots.)

If you are not sure about what a job position entails, don't hesitate to reach out and ask. All of them are super easy.

Finally, don't forget to indicate whether or not your swimmer will be attending the meet by tomorrow night. That means that if your swimmer is not attending, please go in and indicate that they are not attending....don't just do nothing.
